Step 8: Then log in to your account and make sure to check only the box with Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and Tasks. You can use iCloud for Windows to do this right from a Windows computer, which is less complicated than trying to do it from an iPhone. If you have calendar information stored in iCloud from previous calendar use that you want to import to Outlook Calendar, it’s now a relatively simple process. It used to be difficult to sync iCloud information to apps like Outlook, but Apple has since improved iCloud and made this a bit easier. Step 6: Import iCloud Calendar information if necessary. There’s no need to re-sync every time you create a new Outlook calendar event or change an appointment time. That means if you add a new event or appointment on your PC, for example, a few seconds later it’ll appear on your iPhone. If you’re logged in with the same Outlook account, any changes you make to your calendars will be synced to all your devices. If not, you can go into the Outlook app in Settings at any time and make sure that calendar syncing is enabled. You should be asked if you want to sync your calendars, in which case you should say yes. Step 5: Input your Microsoft Account information to connect Outlook on iOS. If you don’t see that, tap the Event Calendar icon to switch to the correct calendar.Establish a link between Google Calendar on your mobile and Google Calendar on your PC Very annoying, but luckily there’s a quick and simple fix to the problem. Every other phone has it’s own in-built calendar app and by default any events that you create on your phone, even if you’re using the Google Calendar mobile app, will remain in that phone-only database. The only phone that comes with Google Calendar built-in, is the Pixel phone from Google. What this usually means is you’re associating mobile events with the in-built calendar that came with your phone, rather than with Google Calendar. Yet events that are added via Google Calendar on the computer are still showing up on the phone – so what on earth is going on? Unfortunately, for some people that last situation doesn’t always occur – you add an event on your phone but it doesn’t appear on Google Calendar on your computer. One of the main advantages of Google Calendar is how you can enter an event via the web interface and within seconds it is visible on your phone – or vice versa: add an event on your phone and woosh, there it is on Google Calendar on your computer.
